Ingredients
80 g | sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained |
1 bunch(es) | basil |
120 ml | olive oil |
1 clove(s) | garlic, peeled |
60 g | freshly grated Parmesan cheese |
40 g | walnuts, toasted |
Instructions
Place the tomatoes, basil leaves, olive oil and the garlic into a blender and process until smooth. Add the nuts and the cheese and mix again. Season sparingly with salt and generously with pepper.The pesto can be stored well sealed in the refrigerator for at least one month.
