Cherry Tomato and Jalape o Pepper Tortillas recipe

|1 large||jalapeno pepper, sliced|
|400 g||freshly grated Cheddar cheese|
|1 handful||cherry tomatoes, halved or sliced|
Divide the cheese, cherry tomatoes and jalapeņo pepper on 4 tortillas. Cover with the remaining tortillas and press together gently.
Heat a pan. Transfer 1 filled tortilla into the pan and fry for 2-3 minutes. Cover with a plate, turn over gently and slide the tortilla back into the pan to fry the other side for 2 minutes. Slide onto a serving plate. Repeat the procedure with the other tortillas.
Cut the roasted tortillas into pieces before serving.
