Ingredients

- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 (4 ounce) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
Preparation method
Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 10 mins
1. Stir chili powder, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl. Season the chicken liberally on both sides with the mixture.
2. Pour oil into a large skillet and set over medium heat. Cook chicken in hot oil for about 10 minutes, flipping midway through cooking time, until chicken is no longer pink in the middle.
