Taylor's scones details
- Ingredients:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- 1-2/3 cups heavy cream
- Granulated sugar
- Options
- 1 cup chocolate chips and almond extract or

- Any of your favorites
Mix together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder. Add one of the options. Stir in cream a little at a time so the dough does not become sticky. Divide in two equal portions. Flatten down on cookie sheet (I use parchment, too). Cut each disk through into eight sections. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 325 degrees.
