|2 tbsp||Tandoori Masala|
|4||chicken breast fillets|
|2 tbsp||coriander leaves, chopped|
|1 tbsp||lemon juice|
|salt and pepper|
|1 head(s)||lettuce, leaves separated|
Mix 2 tablespoons of yoghurt with 1 tablespoon of oil and the Tandoori masala. Brush the chicken with the mixture. Marinate for 15 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the remaining yoghurt with lemon juice, 1 tablespoon of oil and the coriander. Season with salt, pepper and sugar.
In a pan heat the remaining oil. Fry the chicken breast fillet until golden all around and cooked. Season with salt and pepper. Leave to rest for 15 minutes. Cut into neat slices.
In a bowl, combine the lettuce and the nectarines. Add the yoghurt dressing and toss gently. Arrange the chicken slices on top. Serve with flat bread.
