Ingredients
240 ml | plain yogurt |
1 tsp | cumin, ground |
1 tsp | salt |
½ tsp | garam masala |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
1 | fresh ginger, minced |
1 tsp | coriander, ground |
⅛ tsp | freshly ground pepper |
Instructions
Mix all th ingredients together and set aside while you prepare your vegetables.Place prepared vegetables in a dish and pour sauce over. Place in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours to marinate.
