Spicy Chicken and Bacon Skewers recipe

|2 tsp||Tandoori Masala|
|600 g||chicken breast fillet, cut into 3cm cubes|
|1||red onion, sliced|
|1||yellow bell pepper, diced|
|6 slice(s)||bacon, cut into pieces|
|6 tbsp||dressing or vinaigrette of your choice|
|salt and pepper|
Mix the yoghurt with the Tandoori Masala. Turn the chicken cubes in the mixture until well coated and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.
Thread the bacon pieces and the chicken cubes onto skewers. In a pan heat the oil and fry or grill the skewers for 8-10 minutes, turning accasionally.
In a large bowl combine the lettuce, vegetables and the dressing. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
Serve the skewers together with the fresh salad.
