Serves: 4- 4 uncooked bratwurst sausages
- 2 (12 ounce) cans beer
- 1 onion, halved and sliced
- 3 teaspoons fennel seeds
- 4 brat buns, toasted
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Combine sausages, beer, onion, and fennel in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring the beer to a boil, then simmer covered over low heat for about 10 minutes to cook bratwurst completely.
