Ingredients

500 g spaghetti
100 ml olive oil
some salt
some pepper
some fresh basil
some fresh rosmary
1 piece(s) chili (or some chili oil)
500 g San Marzano tomatoes
1 large can(s) tuna fish in olive oil

Instructions

Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water.

Scald the tomatoes in hot water then peel them. Chop them and mix them with the olive oil, the basil and rosmary and add salt and pepper to taste.

Add chili or chili oil to taste. Leave for 5-10 minutes.

Add the cooked spaghetti and mix well.

Now add the tuna fish and mix and serve.

This is an uncooked sauce and a typical dish for hot summers in Italy. The San Marzano tomatoes ar the typical Italian tomatoes for sauces. They have a long shape and cook very well.
