Ingredients
80 g | oats |
2 tbsp | lemon juice |
500 ml | water |
butter |
Instructions
Pour the oats, lemon juice and water in a bowl. Cover and let sit overnight.Lightly butter a cookie sheet and preheat the oven to 120°C.
Drain the oats in a colander and run water over them. Spread the oats in a single layer on a cookie sheet. Bake until the oats are dry.
Use soaked and dried oats for cereal and dessert bars.
