Ingredients
8 large | potatoes |
3 tbsp | soy sauce |
1 tsp | rosemary |
1 tsp | oregano |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
15 tbsp | olive oil |
some | salt |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 150°C.Cut potatoes into wedges and place them in an ungreased glass casserole in a single layer. Mix together all other ingredients in a bowl and pour the dressing over the potatoes.
Place in the oven uncovered and bake for about 45 minutes. Whilst baking stir the dressing every 15 minutes in the casserole to ensure even browing.
