Plums and grapes in anise syrup recipe details
Ingredients
4 | plums, pitted, halved, cut into wedges |
100 g | sugar |
120 ml | water |
2 tsp | anise seeds |
200 g | seedless grapes, halved |
Instructions
Combine sugar, water and anise seeds in a small saucepan and bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve sugar.Remove from heat and let stand about 30 minutes.
Put plums and grapes in a serving bowl and pour syrup through a fine strainer over fruit.
Stir fruit gently to coat with the syrup.
