Ingredients
Serves: 4- 4 1/2 teaspoons melted butter
- 4 1/2 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 3/4 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos, drained
- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and quartered
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 5 mins1. Combine butter, vinegar, water, tarragon, salt, and pimentos in a mixing bowl.
2. Bring 2 inches of water to boil in a steamer; add Brussels sprouts to the steamer basket and cover. Cook until tender but not mushy, about 3 minutes, then drain.
3. Toss hot cooked sprouts with the butter mixture and serve.
