Pan fried minced meat with vegetables and pasta recipe details
Ingredients
350 g | minced meat |
Worcestershire sauce | |
salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
1 tsp | paprika powder |
2 | onions, chopped |
500 g | broccoli, in florets |
300 g | carrots, peeled and thinly sliced |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
4 tbsp | oil |
400 g | pasta |
¼ l | vegetable stock |
2 tbsp | butter |
Instructions
Mix the minced meat with garlic, onions and paprika powder. Season with salt, pepper and a dash of Worcestershire sauce. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, then drain.In a large pan, heat the oil. Add the mince mixture and stir-fry over medium heat for 10-15 minutes. Take out of the pan and set aside. Add the vegetables into the pan and fry for 4-5 minutes. Pour in the stock and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Take the vegetables out of the pan and set aside.
Heat the butter in the pan. Add the pasta and stir-fry for 4-5 minutes. Return the minced meat and the vegetables. Season to taste with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and serve.
