Minced meat sauce with spinach recipe details
Ingredients
1 | onion, chopped |
2 clove(s) | garlic, chopped |
400 g | beef mince |
3 tbsp | oil |
salt and pepper | |
freshly grated nutmeg | |
400 g | spinach, trimmed, washed and chopped |
200 ml | beef stock |
100 g | cream cheese |
Instructions
In a pan heat the oil. Fry the minced meat with onion and garlic until the meat is crumbly. Season with salt and pepper. Add the stock and bring to a boil. Cook for approximately 20 minutes. Add the spinach, cover and cook until wilted. Stir in the cheese. Season to taste with salt, pepper and nutmeg.Serve with pasta.
