Minced beef curry recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | minced beef |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
400 g | tomatoes, chopped |
1 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
3 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tsp | cumin seeds |
1 tsp | turmeric |
2 tsp | soy sauce |
1 tsp | garam masala |
400 ml | water |
1 pinch(es) | salt, to taste |
Instructions
Oil a large pan and add onion and cumin seeds. Heat slowly and stir. Add tomatoes and continue stirring. Cook until heated through.Oil a frying pan and add garlic and cook for 1 minute. Add beef, turmeric, soy sauce and stir-fry. Transfer from the frying pan to the large pan.
Add water to the heavy pan and bring to a quick boil. Reduce heat when it boils and then cook on a simmer for 20 minutes. Add garam masala and season with a pinch of salt.
