Ingredients

500 g ground beef
250 g potatoes
300 g tomatoes, diced
½ tsp oregano
½ tsp basil
½ tsp garlic powder
500 g mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
100 g Parmesan cheese, grated
120 ml water

Instructions

In skillet, brown the beef.

In slow cooker, combine beef potatoes, tomatoes, water, salt, oregano, basil and garlic powder. Cover and Cook on low for 4 – 5 hours.

After 4 hours stir in cubes of mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Cover and cook on high for another 10 – 15 minutes.
