Ingredients
240 ml | milk |
180 ml | honey |
60 g | butter |
1 tbsp | baking powder |
150 g | flour |
2 medium | eggs |
100 g | wheat flour |
50 g | wheat germ |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 170°C.
Heat milk and honey together and stir until the honey is dissolved. Add butter and stir until butter has melted.
Remove from heat and let cool a little. Beat in the eggs.
Sift together the flours and baking power, add the wheat germ and then stir the dry mixture into the liquid mixture. Turn into a butter loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
