Marinated mozzarella recipe details
Ingredients
600 g | mozzarella cheese, fresh, sliced about 0,5 cm thick |
4 | tomatoes, sliced thin |
1 tsp | oregano, fresh, chopped |
2 tbsp | basil, fresh, chopped |
4 tbsp | extra – virgin olive oil |
2 tbsp | Balsamico vinegar |
black pepper, fresh, ground, to taste | |
sprigs of basil, fresh, for decoration |
Instructions
On a serving plate, alternate slices of tomato and Mozzarella.In a small bowl, gently whisk the herbs, pepper, oil and balsamico.
With a tablespoon drizzle mixture over cheese and tomatoes.
Garnish with sprigs of fresh basil and serve with pizza bread or baguette.
