|grated zest and juice of 1 orange|
InstructionsPlace the honey and water in a heat-proof bowl. Heat on very low heat and stir constantly until well blended.
Add the lemon and orange juice and zest together with the butter. Mix well. Continue cooking until the butter has melted.
Add the egg and stir with a whisk.
Keep cooking and stirring on medium heat until slightly thickened, about 10 minutes.
Use warm or cold.
