Apricot yoghurt whip recipe details
Ingredients
800 g | apricot halves in juice (from a can) |
2 tbsp | Grand Marnier or brandy |
200 g | plain yoghurt |
4 tbsp | slivered almonds |
Instructions
Drain the juice from the apricots. In a food processor or blender process the apricot together with the Grand Marnier until smooth.Spoon the fruit puree and yogurt in alternate spoonfuls into eight tall glasses or glass dishes. Swirl them them together slightly to give a marbled effect.
Toast the almonds until they are golden. Sprinkle them on top.
