Ingredients
4 | salmon steaks or fillets |
4 tbsp | soy sauce |
4 tsp | balsamic vinegar |
Instructions
Marinate the salmon for 30-60 minutes, turning once.Place under a hot, preheated grill until blackened but not too charred. The soy sauce and vinegar will have caramelised.
Turn and grill the other side until similarly blackened. May also be cooked on a BBQ.
