Mom's chocolate pound cake recipe details
- Ingredients
- 1/2 pound butter
- 1/3 cup Criscoshortening
- 2-2/3 cups sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 Tablespoon vanilla
- 3 cups flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- dash of salt
- 8 Tablespoons cocoa
- 1 cup milk

Mix all ingredients well, but don’t overmix. Bake at 275 degrees for about 90 minutes in tube pan or 2 loaf pans.
