Roasted spaghetti squash is very easy to do, and can be used as a fun side dish or as an ingredient in other recipes.

Ingredients
Serves: 10- 3 each spaghetti squash, cut in half
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 30 mins1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Brush the squash liberally with melted butter, then season with salt and pepper. Place onto a baking sheet, and roast in the oven until easily pierced with a fork, about 30 minutes.
3. Remove the squash from the oven and scoop out the seeds. Scrape the roasted squash into a bowl using the tines of a fork to resemble spaghetti noodles.
4. Season with additional butter, salt and pepper to serve as a side dish, or set aside and let cool for later use.
