- Ingredients
- 8 slices white bread, cubed
- One 8-ounce package cream cheese (can use light cream cheese)
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 8 eggs, beaten
- 2-1/2 cups milk
Prepare the night before. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Line bottom with some bread. Then add half of cream cheese. Repeat bread and cream cheese. In a bowl, mix milk, beaten eggs, and syrup. Pour over bread and cheese mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
