Blueberry sauce details
The sauce is best served over a warm Swedish Oven Pancake.
- Ingredients
- 1/3 cup sugar
- pinch of salt
- 1 Tablespoon cornstarch
- 3 Tablespoons water
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cups Maine blueberries
Mix the sugar, salt, cornstarch, water, and lemon juice in a non-aluminum saucepan. Stir in the blueberries and bring to a boil. Boil just 1 or 2 minutes – the liquid should be clear.
Yields:2-1/2 cups.
