Carpaccio di mozzarella recipe details
Ingredients
2 piece(s) | fresh Mozzarella |
200 g | brown mushrooms |
some | olive oil |
50 g | pine nuts |
1 clove(s) | garlic |
salt and pepper, to taste | |
some | fresh lemon juice |
Instructions
Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic and the chopped mushrooms. Season them with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice. Cook slightly for 3-5 minutes and add the pine nuts. Set aside and cool down.Cut the mozzarella in very thin slices and spread on a flat plate. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with some lemon juice and olive oil.
Add the mushrooms and serve immediately with some focaccia or French bread.
