Ingredients

2 piece(s) fresh Mozzarella
200 g brown mushrooms
some olive oil
50 g pine nuts
1 clove(s) garlic
salt and pepper, to taste
some fresh lemon juice

Instructions

Heat some olive oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic and the chopped mushrooms. Season them with salt and pepper and add the lemon juice. Cook slightly for 3-5 minutes and add the pine nuts. Set aside and cool down.

Cut the mozzarella in very thin slices and spread on a flat plate. Season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with some lemon juice and olive oil.

Add the mushrooms and serve immediately with some focaccia or French bread.
