Ingredients
Serves: 4- 1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 3 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Preparation method
Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 15 mins1. Pour oil into a skillet and place over medium-high heat. Cook beef in hot oil for about 4 minutes, stirring, until no longer pink inside, then transfer to plate and cover with foil.
2. Add broccoli, condensed tomato soup, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic powder to the skillet. Stir to combine. When liquid comes to a boil, cover and simmer on low heat for 4 minutes to cook the broccoli.
3. Return the beef to the skillet and simmer for 1 more minute to reheat the meat. Serve.
