Ingredients

1 kg pike fillets, cleaned
1 bunch(es) parsley
some salt
To serve:
butter, melted
salt and pepper, to taste
nutmeg, grated
lemon juice


Instructions

Boil the fish with a bunch of parsley in salted water.

To serve, place fish on a plate and pour over melted butter. Season with salt and pepper, grated nutmeg and lemon juice.
