Baked papaya with coconut milk recipe details
Ingredients
2 small | papaya |
200 g | coconut milk |
150 g | sour cream |
1 tbsp | brown sugar |
2 tbsp | sesame |
Instructions
Wash the papaya and cut in halves. Scrap out the kernels with a teaspoon. Mix coconut, sour cream and sugar.Place the 4 papaya halves in an ovenproof dish. Fill the coconut mixture in the papaya halves. Bake fo 15 minutes at 180°C.
Roast the sesame in a frying pan without oil. After baking the papaya, scrap out the pulp and divide it in 4 parts.
Place the papaya in small bowls, add the coconut cream and sprinkle the sesame on top. Serve warm.
