Ingredients

2 small papaya
200 g coconut milk
150 g sour cream
1 tbsp brown sugar
2 tbsp sesame

Instructions

Wash the papaya and cut in halves. Scrap out the kernels with a teaspoon. Mix coconut, sour cream and sugar.

Place the 4 papaya halves in an ovenproof dish. Fill the coconut mixture in the papaya halves. Bake fo 15 minutes at 180°C.

Roast the sesame in a frying pan without oil. After baking the papaya, scrap out the pulp and divide it in 4 parts.

Place the papaya in small bowls, add the coconut cream and sprinkle the sesame on top. Serve warm.
