Bean spread recipe details
Ingredients
100 g | dried white beans |
250 g | vegetable stock |
20 g | ground hazelnuts, toasted |
100 g | butter |
2 tbsp | sour cream |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
½ | lemon, juiced |
½ tsp | pepper |
¼ | chili, finely chopped |
½ tsp | sea salt |
1 tsp | savory, finely chopped |
To garnish: | |
some | black olives |
Instructions
Soak the beans over night in water.Cook the beans in vegetable stock until soft, then purée in a blender. Mix in the ground hazelnuts and the garlic and add all the other ingredients. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Spoon the spread in a bowl and garnish with olives.
Serve with freshly baked bread.
