Ingredients
450 g | dry broad beans |
2 clove(s) | garlic, minced |
60 ml | extra vergin olive oil |
1 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
salt and freshly ground black pepper |
Instructions
Soak the beans in cold water overnight. Drain and put in a saucepan. Cover the beans with water and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat until very soft.In a pan heat the oil. Sauté the garlic over low heat until golden. Drain the beans and add to the garlic. Mash the beans slightly with a fork. Season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper and serve with fresh white bread.
