Ingredients

450 g dry broad beans
2 clove(s) garlic, minced
60 ml extra vergin olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

Soak the beans in cold water overnight. Drain and put in a saucepan. Cover the beans with water and bring to a boil. Cover and cook over low heat until very soft.

In a pan heat the oil. Sauté the garlic over low heat until golden. Drain the beans and add to the garlic. Mash the beans slightly with a fork. Season to taste with vinegar, salt and pepper and serve with fresh white bread.
