Beer Steak Sauce for Brushing recipe
|340 ml||beer, stout|
|120 ml||chili sauce|
|60 ml||vegetable oil|
|2 tbsp||soy sauce|
|1 tbsp||Dijon mustard|
|1 small||onion, chopped|
|1 clove(s)||garlic, minced|
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Brush over meat and grill. Keep basting during cooking to intensify the flavour.
