Black bean sauce recipe details
Ingredients
2 tbsp | peanut oil |
2 tbsp | black beans, rinsed, drained |
1 tbsp | garlic, minced |
120 ml | chicken broth |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
2 tbsp | rice vinegar |
1 tsp | sugar |
1 ½ tsp | cornstarch |
Instructions
Heat a sauce pan over medium heat. Add the oil, the black beans and garlic. Stir-fry about 10-12 seconds. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir-fry about 1 minute. Stir until sauce thickens.Preparation time:
