Banana lemon loaf details
- Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1-1/2 cups mashed bananas
- 6 Tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 to 3 Tablespoons grated lemon peel
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour loaf pans. Cream butter and sugar, then blend in eggs, banana, and lemon juice. Stir in sifted dry ingredients. Add grated lemon peel and mix well. Pour into pans and bake 1 hour.
