Ingredients
700 g | cream cheese |
100 g | sugar |
4 medium | eggs |
1 tsp | vanilla |
500 ml | sour cream |
butter | |
biscuits |
Instructions
Preaheat oven to 180°C.Grease a springform pan with butter. Crumble biscuits and place them at the bottom of the springform pan.
Combine cream cheese with the sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Mix with an electric mixer. Pour mixture on top of the crumbs in the pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Pour sour cream over the cake and bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and cool immediately.
