Baked prawn toast details
Ingredients
- Prawns – 500 grams (large with tails)
- Egg white – 1
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Bran bread – 12 slices
- Crushed black pepper – 1tsp
- Salt – to taste
- Olive oil – 3 tbsp
Instructions
- Clean prawns, slit them down their center and spread open
- Mix egg white, corn flour, salt, oil and black pepper in a bowl and beat
- Put prawns in this and set aside for a little while
- Place each prawn on a slice of bread
- Grease baking tray with oil and place slices on it
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 C for 15 minutes
