King Prawns with Garlic and Chilli recipe
|10||gambas, raw, peeled|
|For the garlic chilli mix:|
|4 tbsp||olive oil|
|2||chilli, finely chopped|
|1 dash(es)||paprika powder|
You need an earthen ware dish big enough to hold the prawns in one layer.
Preheat oven to 220°C.
Combine all ingredients for the garlic chilli mix and set aside.
Place the gambas in the dish, brush with garlic-chilli mix, pour any remaining liquid over the gambas.
Cook in oven until gambas turn pink.
Serve immediately with baguette to soak up the oil.
