King prawns with garlic and chilli recipe details
Ingredients
10 | gambas, raw, peeled |
For the garlic chilli mix: | |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
2 clove(s) | garlic |
2 | chilli, finely chopped |
1 dash(es) | paprika powder |
Instructions
You need an earthen ware dish big enough to hold the prawns in one layer.Preheat oven to 220°C.
Combine all ingredients for the garlic chilli mix and set aside.
Place the gambas in the dish, brush with garlic-chilli mix, pour any remaining liquid over the gambas.
Cook in oven until gambas turn pink.
Serve immediately with baguette to soak up the oil.
