Prawn and avocado starter recipe details
Ingredients
450 g | prawns, cooked, peeled |
1 large | avocado, peeled, pitted, cut into small pieces |
juice of 1 lemon | |
100 g | lettuce leaves |
chives, chopped, for garnish | |
For the Dressing: | |
3 tbsp | sunflour oil |
2 tbsp | white wine vinegar |
3 tbsp | fresh orange jucie |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
In a large bowl combine the salad ingredients together. Sprinkle with lemon jucie and toss.Combine all the ingredients for the dressing in a screw topped jar and shake well.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss. To serve, place salad on a plate and top with chopped chives.
