Bacon wrapped stuffed mushrooms recipe details
Ingredients
| 5 | mushrooms |
| 1 tbsp | cream cheese |
| salt and freshly ground black pepper | |
| 1 tsp | parsley, chopped |
| ½ clove(s) | garlic, mashed |
| 1 tbsp | crème fraîche |
| 5 slice(s) | bacon |
| 2 tsp | butter |
Instructions
Cut off the stems of mushrooms and chop them.Mix together the chopped stems, cream cheese, crème fraîche, parsley and garlic. Season with salt and pepper.
Stuff the mushrooms with the mixture. Wrap each mushroom with a slice of bacon.
In a pan, heat the butter and fry the bacon wrapped mushrooms from all sides until golden and crispy.
Serve warm or cold.
