Ingredients
500 g | cod |
3 tbsp | mayonnaise |
1 tsp | dry mustard |
1 medium | onion, chopped |
1 dash(es) | cayenne |
⅛ tsp | dill weed |
Instructions
Place the fish in a greased baking dish.Combine mayonnaise, mustard, onion, cayenne and dill weed in a small bowl and mix until blended.
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Spread mixture on fish and bake for 20 minutes.
