Ingredients
8 sprig(s) | rosemary, chopped leaves |
600 g | codfish fillet, cut into 8 pieces |
16 slice(s) | bacon |
4 tbsp | olive oil |
salt and pepper |
Instructions
Mix the oil with rosemary, ½ teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon pepper. Brush the fish pieces with the oil and wrap each piece into 2 slices of bacon.
Place the fish side by side onto a lined baking tray. Bake in the preheated oven at 200°C for 10-12 minutes until the bacon is crispy.
