Fried cod in lemon sauce recipe details
Ingredients
4 | cod fillets |
1 | lemon |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
1 tbsp | butter |
flour |
Instructions
Heat olive oil and butter in a frying pan over low heat.Half the lemon. Freshly squeeze juice from one half into the pan. Slice the remaining half and also add to the pan. Stir until all juices are mixed together.
Roll cod in flour and add to the pan. Cook for about 15 minutes or until cooked through. Turn from time to time.
To serve, place two fillets on each plate and pour over lemon sauce.
