Artichoke Dip recipe
- Ingredients
- One 14-ounce can of artichoke hearts in water
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 2 Teaspoons fresh dill
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pepper to taste
Instructions:
This is a delicious dip with crudite or crackers, but I like it best with a bit of tapenade and montrechet on thin slices of freshly baked bread or bruchetta.…Elizabeth Turney
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put all ingredients in food processor; pulse to a fine chop (just before puree). Place in small casserole and bake for 30 minutes.
