Ingredients
1 | lettuce heart, chopped |
1 | onion, sliced |
3 stalk(s) | Thai celery, cut in 5 cm long pieces |
2 | spring onions, chopped |
1 | small carrot, grated |
10 | cherry tomatoes, quartered |
2 | fish fillets |
some | flour |
some | oil |
2 clove(s) | garlic |
4 | red chilies (or less) |
3 tbsp | fish sauce |
2 tsp | lime juice |
2 tsp | sugar (to taste) |
Instructions
Place the ingredients for the salad on two plates.Roll the fish in flour, salt it and fry in hot oil. Then cut into pieces and arrange on the salad.
Chop garlic and chillies in a mortar, add fish sauce, lime juice and sugar. Season to taste.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and serve.
