Winter vegetable stir fry recipe details
Ingredients
200 g | cabbage, red or white, roughly shredded |
200 g | potatoes, peeled and cut into 3cm cubes |
200 g | cauliflower, in florets |
200 g | turnip, peeled and cut into 3cm cubes |
4 tsp | oil |
2 | onions, peeled and cut in rings |
salt and pepper, to taste |
Instructions
Heat oil in a pan or wok and stir-fry the vegetables. Add them by and by, first potatoes and turnip, which require more time to get soft, then cauliflower and onions and finally the cabbage. Cook stirring until the vegetables are softened, but still a bit firm to the bite.Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with fresh parsley.
