Ingredients
2 | bell peppers, red and yellow, cleaned and diced |
1 large | courgette, trimmed, soft flesh and seeds removed, diced |
1 | onion, diced |
150 g | Feta cheese |
250 g | minced meat |
1 tbsp | sesame oil |
salt and pepper | |
chilli powder |
Instructions
Heat the oil in a wok, then add the minced meat and cook stirring until browned and crumbly. Add the vegetables and cook for about 7 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and chilli powder.Crumble the Feta cheese over the stir-fry and serve with rice.
