Ingredients

Serves: 8

• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon orange juice
• 1 tablespoon McCormick(R) Grill Mates(R) Montreal Steak Seasoning
• 1/2 teaspoon McCormick(R) Ground Ginger
• 2 pounds top sirloin or flank steak

Preparation method

Prep: 5 mins | Cook: 30 mins | Extra time: 1 hour, chilling

1. Mix all ingredients, except steak, in small bowl until well blended. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
2. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade, reserving remaining marinade.
3. Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Discard any remaining marinade.
