Wing it meatballs recipe details
Meatballs that I came up with the other night. I made spaghetti and I wanted to make some meatballs. So I decided to make some and I just threw some stuff together and they turned out really tasty. Add to whatever dish you desire!

Ingredients
Serves: 6- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1 pound regular sausage
- 1/2 stack round crackers
Preparation method
Prep: 15 mins | Cook: 20 mins1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Mix the milk, eggs, cinnamon, garlic salt, cornstarch, mozzarella, sausage, and crackers with hands making sure all ingredients are mixed together.
3. Take the mixture and make little balls. Place balls on a greased cookie sheet. Space the balls evenly apart.
4. Bake in the preheated oven directly in the center until golden brown, 15 to 20 minutes.
