Watercress pizza recipe details
Ingredients
2 large | pizza bases |
500 g | tomatoes, thinly sliced |
1 medium | onion, thinly sliced |
85 g | watercress |
100 g | cheese |
1 tbsp | green peppercorns, fresh |
100 g | mozzarella, diced |
100 g | cherry tomatoes, halved |
2 tbsp | basil leaves, fresh |
1 tbsp | olive oil |
Instructions
Preheat oven to 220°C.In a small pan, fry onion in oil for 5 minutes until soft.
Divide tomato slices, fried onion, watercress and cheese onto the pizza bases. Spread peppercorns, mozzarella and cherry tomatoes on top.
Bake for 20 minutes until golden. Decorate with basil leaves and serve.
